As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the right products to meet their needs. Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in cash handling and operating cash registers
- Knowledge of technology products, including wireless devices, is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Experience in jewelry sales is desirable but not required
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset for serving diverse customer base
- Proven track record in retail sales or customer service roles
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
