Sales executives promote products and services to clients, negotiate contracts and sales with the aim to maximize profits.

We are a Hair Replacement Company specializing in mens hairpieces,womens wigs, hair extensions and hair accessories. We have local retail clientele, and we also ship our products internationally. The Company is seeking an individual for the position of a Sales Executive

You would be responsible for making cold calls, and reaching out to potential clients. Communicating effectively with customers on the phone and in person and providing solutions to customer inquiries using knowledge of products. Processing orders and entering data using various computer programs. Assist in solving customer service issues. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Having strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to multitask. Motivation, organization, and having a positive attitude is very important. Having a background in office administration and sales, as well as beauty and hair. At least 2 years of customer service experience.
