Superior Fence & Rail of North Florida is an industry leader seeking an experienced full time Customer Service inside sales & marketing specialist. Typical work hours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Superior provides full benefits, including Medical and paid time off. Pay starts from $16 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing administrative and customer service support to the outside sales team
• Making outbound calls to set appointments with prospective customers
• Receiving inbound calls from customers
• Providing support to customers, handle inquiries, and performing data entry
• Assisting operations personnel as needed

Minimum Requirements

• At least two (2) years of customer service experience
• Previous appointment scheduling experience
• Computer skills (Googles G Suite is preferred)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Possess Valid DL
• Pass background check (no felonies or sex offenses)

The Superior candidate will be:

• Skilled in verbal and written communication
• Highly attentive to detail
• Organized
• A self-starter
• Proficient in typing and computer skills, especially Googles G Suite applications
• Exceedingly positive in work attitude
