Job Description: Sales Representative - OFFICE DUTY

BILINGUAL - SPANISH AND ENGLISH REQUIRED

Position Overview: As a Sales Representative at WC AUTOS CORP, you play a crucial role in the dealership's success by ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales. Your responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks, ranging from maintaining the showroom appearance to actively engaging with customers and finalizing sales transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Minimal Vehicle Maintenance:
• Turn on every car daily, perform minimal cleaning (using a wet towel for dust removal), and ensure no dashboard lights are illuminated.
• Uploading Cars:
• Capture high-quality images of vehicles and post them online through various platforms, such as Facebook, to attract potential buyers.
• Customer Interaction:
• Attend to customers at the dealership, providing assistance, information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Sales Transactions:
• Close deals and complete buyer paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Partnership Deals:
• Manage partner deals from associates within the dealership, collaborating effectively with team members, including individuals like Jose.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Assist with necessary title work when required, contributing to the smooth administrative functioning of the dealership.
• Facility Maintenance:
• Ensure the office and showroom are clean and presentable for customers at all times.
• Inventory Preparation:
• Pick up necessary parts or items to get cars ready for display and sale.
• Auction Logistics:
• Occasionally pick up cars from auctions, following established protocols.
• Flexibility and Adaptability:
• Undertake any other tasks requested by the Company that are deemed necessary for the dealership's operation, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Compensation:

• Commission Amount: $500 a week.
• Potentially could do a commission amount. (Needs to be talked about)

Work Schedule:

• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday - Saturday: 9 AM - 7 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5 PM (with flexibility based on activity levels; the salesperson may leave if there is low activity)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $450.00 per week
