Position Overview

As a Team Member, you will receive...

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLES:

• $50,000 - $60,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $55,000 - $65,000/yr
• Base pay will be determined upon interview, work experience, and position

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Able to commute daily to Denver CO, near Washington Park area
• Current Colorado Property and Casualty License Required
• 2+ years of active insurance sales experience Preferred
• Bilingual Spanish and English speakers strongly encouraged to apply
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
