Congress Jewelers is a retail family business based in Fort Myers and soon to be reopening on Sanibel Island, Florida, that specializes in providing high-quality jewelry to its customers. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and we have built a strong reputation for quality and trust in the community.

General Role Description

There are several full-time and part-time positions available in Sales, Administration, Management, and Jewelry Repair. Each role will vary in terms of specifics but will work together to assist our clients in making informed decisions about purchasing jewelry items, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that they have the best possible experience.

Qualifications (May vary based on position)

• Retail Sales and Customer Service skills
• Product Knowledge and Merchandising skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends
• Prior experience in jewelry sales
• Prior bench jeweler experience for the Jeweler position is a must
• GIA Certification a plus!
• Must pass a Background and Drug test

Pay Rate

• Generous and Competitive Compensation, Commission and Bonus Packages are based on roles and responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 45 per week
