Short Description
Responsible for document preparation and distribution, correspondence, as well data organization and dissemination. Must have meeting scheduling abilities and be efficient in the processing of expense reports. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, including top executives in a high energy and fast paced environment while exercising good judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent Oral & Written communication skills
- Flexibility regarding work schedule and responsibilities
- Handling of both inbound and outbound correspondence
- Excellent follow up skills and file organization
- Demonstrate an appreciation for multi-tasking opportunities and challenges

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Scheduling of meetings / events
- Calendar management for SVP / Development of Sales calendar
- Travel / Expenses for SVP (includes approvals for team)
- SuccessFactors maintenance (assist with Performance Management, Merit, Onboarding)
- Assist in maintaining weekly Performance pulse
- Organizing and gathering content for monthly and quarterly reports / design cadence and ensure development and maintenance of reporting
- Prepare meeting agendas
- Monitors follow up action points from meetings / events
- Presentation preparation and fine tuning / organization / library of materials / version control
- Customer relationship management
- Maintenance of playbook and presentation library
- Monitor LinkedIn for industry pulse
- Front desk backup
- Other project and duties as appropriate
Professional Experience
4 plus years of prior relevant work experience.
3 years MS Office products

Compensation Data:
$25.00 - $28.00 PH
