We specialize in providing comprehensive workforce solutions, and we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities:

Client Outreach: Execute a minimum of 100 touches per week through a combination of emails, cold calls, and appointments to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.

Conduct "beat the streets": cold calls to identify new business opportunities and gather market intelligence.

Data Management:Accurately enter and maintain all client and prospect information in the company's database or CRM system.

Deal Facilitation:Work closely with the team to initiate and nurture client relationships during the first 4-6 months, with a focus on learning the intricacies of the industry and market.
Collaborate with senior team members for deal closure and assist in negotiating terms/mark-ups.

Commission Structure:Enjoy a commission structure mirroring the successful Career1 CA model, providing incentives for exceptional performance and achievement of sales targets.

Expense Management:Request and responsibly utilize a company card under your name for business-related expenses, including lunches and gifts, in collaboration with team members and as approved by management.

Collaborative Recruitment:Initially support the recruitment process by collaborating with the team in identifying and placing candidates in positions. As the team expands and performance metrics are met, the focus will shift more towards business development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
