Winners Brand is a leading distributor of corporate apparel and branded/corporate gifts. Located in Grand Rapids, MI, we have been steadily growing our company, product lines, and services over the past 20 years. We are looking to add a new member to our Account Management Team as we continue to grow.
Account ManagerJob Description:
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the corporate apparel, promotional products, rewards and incentives industry. Your responsibilities will span from project management to client communication. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating across teams, this role might be a great fit for you.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Project Management:
- Present Creative Solutions: Youll work closely with clients to understand their needs and present innovative solutions that align with their goals.
- Order Data Entry: Efficiently manage orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.
- Artwork Preparation: Prepare client artwork for print or embroidery, ensuring high-quality results.
- Scheduling and Tracking: Keep projects on track by managing schedules and tracking progress.
- Order Preparation for Invoicing: Ensure all orders are ready for invoicing and billing.
Presentation Skills:
- Adobe Products: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create compelling presentations for clients.
- Onsite and Virtual Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations via Zoom and Teams, both in-person and virtually.
Technical Proficiency:
- Excel and Microsoft Office Suite: Demonstrate excellent skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Web Store Coordination: Collaborate with the Web Store team to manage design deliverables, products, and inventory on client sites.
Client Relationship Management:
- Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek referrals to expand your client list.
- Growth Mindset: Continuously work to grow your client base and contribute to business growth.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Sales, Receiving, Production, and Shipping:Collaborate seamlessly across teams to ensure smooth operations and successful client outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends
