Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and identify sales opportunities
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Update customer information in the Salesforce CRM system
- Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and industry trends
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related customer-facing role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
