The Role:

As a Business Development Associate, you'll play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Working closely with the President and Senior Vice President, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities in both established and emerging markets. Your charisma, attention to detail, and passion for growth will be essential as you help to shape the future of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching and identifying potential clients and projects in target markets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and executing the client management program
• Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic business development initiatives
• Traveling nationally with the President and Senior Vice President to meetings, conferences, and events
• Providing support in preparing proposals, presentations, and maintaining a CRM

What We're Looking For:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
