Sales Consultant - Job Description

Role Overview

A real estate Sales Consultant is responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, or social media. Their primary goal is to generate more leads and capture new clients and properties for the real estate agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Contact potential clients via phone.
  • Email Communication: Send personalized emails to introduce the company.
  • Social Media Engagement: Utilize platforms to connect with prospects.
  • Company Introduction: Clearly articulate the companys mission, services, and unique selling points.
  • Selling: use sales techniques to develop leads and gain customer commitment.
  • Negotiation: ability to effectively explore alternatives, influence and persuade the other party to achieve acceptance and commitment.
  • Persuasion: Influence potential clients to consider our companys services.
  • Benefits Highlight: Explain how working with us benefits our clients.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication to nurture leads.
  • CRM Usage: Update customer information in the system.
  • Track Progress: Keep records of interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in call centers, sales or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
  • Solid computer skills: proficient in using CRM software or other sales management tools, expert in Microsoft Word and Spreadsheet
  • Ability to meet deadlines and identify priorities
  • Upbeat and professional telephonic demeanor
  • Deal with customer rejection and complaints calmly

This is a 30-hour in-office position, not remote. The working hours are from 10am to 5pm, Monday - Friday

Salary: $13/h + commission. Real possibility of earning over $22/h
