The Position:

The Sales Associate will be the first point of contact with customers who walk through our doors. You will be responsible for a warm welcome, educating customers, providing quality service, and following through on sales leads.

Responsibilities:

• Be comfortable interacting with customers and spending long periods walking around the warehouse to answer questions about products or services.
• Learn to be an expert in our products and services and guide customers to solutions that meet their needs.
• Offer additional services / cross-sell to customers.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales, products, and operations, and work with management to implement improvements.
• Support colleagues, be a team player, and contribute to a positive and enjoyable work environment.
• Multi-task by juggling walk-in traffic, phones, emails, and our POS system.
• Accurately following through on details regarding sales, customers, and inventory.
• Grand Junction position requires wearing multiple hats, including customer service, warehouse support and forklift operation.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service / sales experience, preferred. We will train the right person with the right attitude.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Willing to do what it takes to provide a good customer experience.
• Must be comfortable working indoors as well as outdoors in all elements.
• Willing to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, with an occasional Saturday.
• Must have a professional presentation for our showroom.
• Experience operating forklift a plus for Grand Junction location

Salary & Benefits:

• Denver location- $55,000-$60,000/year, plus annual bonus
• Grand Junction location- $18/hour, plus annual bonus
