Our platform empowers barbers and hair stylists to earn commissions by offering our premium life-changing services to their clients at huge savings.

Role Overview:

We are in search of a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Professional with a minimum of two (2) years of proven sales experience. You will play a key role in expanding our reach by daily visits to barbershops and hair salons, introducing them to our platform, and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily visits to establish and nurture relationships with barbers and stylists.
• Present and promote our services, emphasizing unique benefits and cost advantages.
• Onboard barbers and hair stylists seamlessly onto our sales platform.
• Educate partners on maximizing earnings through commissions.
• Collaborate with the internal team, providing feedback on market trends and customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing strategies.

Additional Information:

• Full-time position (40+ hours per week).
• Territory is new with untapped growth opportunities.
• Monthly sales meetings with additional training support for representatives.

Skills Required:

• High level of daily outside sales activity (15 to 20 visits per day)
• Strong closing and presentation skills.
• Tenacious and quality customer service-oriented.
• Problem-solving and creative thinking.
• Strong organization skills and follow-through.

Experience Required:

• 2 years of proven outside sales experience
• Ability to work independently to attain monthly sales goals
• Background and comfort in presenting to individuals and small groups
• Proficiency in using CRM software

Additional Requirements:

• Car in good working order
• Must live within the assigned territory
• Valid driver's license and current car insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
