As a Sales Assistant at OEM Medical Solutions, you will be crucial in supporting our inventory operations, ensuring seamless organization, and meticulous preparation of medical equipment for the Equipment Brokerage team. The successful candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, optimize warehouse processes, and collaborate closely with other team members and stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support Sales team with equipment brokerage through all phases of the brokerage process.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to track and manage medical equipment.
• Ensure proper organization of medical equipment to facilitate quick retrieval and dispatch.
• Design and implement warehouse layout strategies to maximize space efficiency.
• Manage online sales tools, generating listings, and responding to customer inquiries.
• Assist in packing and unpacking shipments; using boxes, pallets, or customized crating solutions.
• Inventory, assemble, clean, photograph and prepare medical equipment for sale.
• Collaborate with shipping vendors and staff to coordinate timely outbound shipments.
• Address issues promptly to ensure a smooth workflow between the warehouse and brokerage teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, preferably in a medical equipment or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse practices.
• Effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers and colleagues.
• Forklift experience preferred.
