About this role: We are seeking an Account Manager to handle full-desk recruiting responsibilities that include managing small-mid-sized client accounts, recruiting for open positions, and over-communicating with your therapists and clients. Though this a remote, work-from-home position, we seeking ONLY candidates who reside in Washington DC, Maryland or Virginia.

Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000 plus commission

The Account Manager will be the primary liaison between their assigned accounts and the therapists placed at these accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Recruit and fill open positions in a timely manner [very fast fills]
• Submit qualified therapists to clients and coordinate interviews
• Coordinate therapist and placement details with assigned clients
• With guidance from Division Manager, negotiate client contracts and therapist rates
• Manage daily client and therapist interactions
• Accountable for meeting established workforce metrics
• Handle multiple tasks and interface with internal and external customers
• Meet KPI's

The ideal Account Manager will have:

• Strong drive and a highly positive attitude
• A college degree
• 2-4 years of full desk recruiting experience
• demonstrated track record of generating revenue
• Previous account management experience
• Knowledge of Special Education and/or Healthcare industries is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
