SNS Property Management is looking for an assistant property manager to join our team.

Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities

Assist the Property Manager with rent collections, late notices, and property management.

• Sources new prospects through networking, and general marketing.
• Works closely with manager, tenants, and prospects on leasing apartments.
• Prepares to lease pipeline reports and business plans for their portfolio with creative and aggressive marketing ideas.
• Assist the property manager with preparing strategic leasing plans for the property, NTV, and processing move-outs.
• Communicates regularly, professionally, and effectively with agencies and Company management and staff.
• Helps execute promotional and markdown activity on a timely basis and according to Company guidelines
• Inspect and maintain vacant and occupied units.
• Responsible for Renewals and Assist manager with Work orders.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
