Descriptive Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spa Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our spa services, products, and memberships to clients. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and facilitate the booking process on the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for wellness, and a strong sales acumen.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Productivity: Assess the sales representative's productivity by monitoring the number of sales calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities completed within a given time frame.

  • Upselling and Cross-selling Ratio: Evaluate the percentage of customers who purchase additional products or services beyond their initial inquiry or purchase. A higher ratio indicates the sales representative's effectiveness in upselling and cross-selling.

  • Membership Sign-ups: Track the number of spa membership sign-ups facilitated by the sales representative. Membership sales contribute to recurring revenue and customer loyalty.

  • Average Transaction Value: Monitor the average amount spent per customer transaction. Increasing this metric indicates the sales representative's ability to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

Core Functions

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote spa services, products, and memberships.

  • Provide detailed information about available services, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other spa offerings.

  • Listen to customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable treatments and products.

  • Educate customers on the benefits of regular spa visits and maintaining a wellness routine.

  • Assist customers with booking appointments and scheduling services according to their preferences and availability.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area, including retail displays and promotional materials.

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including accepting payments and issuing receipts.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

  • Collaborate with other spa staff members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Stay informed about current spa promotions, packages, and special events to effectively upsell and cross-sell to customers.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by spa management.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development programs.
