In this role, you'll primarily be speaking with inbound leads, gathering information from them, and then forwarding them to a carrier that fits their requirements.

It's a very straightforward job. Sales experience is preferred but not required - just come to us hungry and coachable, and we'll teach you everything you need to know!

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of outbound calling daily and ask qualifying questions
• Encourage the customer to receive a competitive quote from a licensed agent
• Meet performance expectations and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Must live in the Greater Tampa area
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
• Fast-paced sales experience a plus
• Strong phone, computer, and communication skills
• Self-motivated & independent
• Ability to build rapport with customers in a fast-paced environment
