$20 / Hour + Bonuses and Commission - Base Hourly Will Pay You Approximately $40,000 Annually + Up to $40,000 in Bonuses, Commissions, and Incentives.

We are a small, family owned, Infiniti dealer located in the heart of Glendale.

As our Automotive Internet Sales Advisor and Product Expert, you will:

Help and influence our clients in buying our products. You will achieve this by providing an extraordinary experience for our customers in shopping, demonstrating, understanding, and learning of our full product offerings. You will maintain connections with our customers intimately as they navigate through the purchasing journey.

• Connect with our prospective customers through our digital and in store channels to help them acquire their next dream car by interacting via phone, text, and e-mail.
• Provide product presentations and become an Infiniti expert.
• Prospect for new customers using out of the box and networking efforts.
• Offer support with our visiting customers.
• Reach out to customers after their visit to ensure their satisfaction.

Leads will be delivered through:

• Leads are delivered in a fair round robin system.
• Showroom visitors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Undergraduate Degree or Above from an Accredited College or University Preferred (Will consider for specialized equivalent experience)
• Strong Professional References

Internet Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
• Handle all incoming online email leads phone leads
• Respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
