**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough assessments of homeowners' energy needs and roof suitability for solar panel installation.
- Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of switching to solar energy.
- Provide personalized recommendations and proposals based on homeowners' energy consumption, roof characteristics, and budget.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless integration of solar panels onto customers' roofs.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage appointments, and follow up with potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, solar technology advancements, and government incentives to effectively communicate the advantages of solar energy to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their individual needs and preferences.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic panels, inverters, and battery storage solutions, is preferred.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and incentives related to solar installations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
