Full description of the position

We are seeking an experienced VIP Manager/Specialist for our dealership. Experience in car sales and dealership VIP sales required. The VIP Specialist/Manager is directly responsible for explaining all features and benefits to service customers on new or pre-owned car upgrades and/or refinance options while maximizing customer satisfaction standards.

Experience in Dealership VIP sales is required.

Responsibilities

• Meets and greets the customers in the Service Drive to possibly identify a new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Determine each customers vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Assist the customer with the selection of their vehicle.
• Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide paperwork of the vehicle selected to Sales Manager.
• Provide a walk through of the facility.
• Schedules first service appointment.
• Maintains an owner follow-up system.

Position Requirements:

• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Possess the drive to work independently and the ability to be self-motivated.
• Extensive knowledge of computers, internet and CRMs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
