Partnered with Cox Communications, we are a retail company based out of Tempe, Arizona. We currently operate six Cox exclusive retail locations! We have stores in Tucson, Sierra Vista, Long Beach, San Diego & Las Vegas . Our locations look, feel, and act just like Corporate Owned Stores!

Job Duties of the Retail Sales Associate

• Utilize resources and tools provided to excel in a commissioned sales environment. Get new customers and upgrade existing ones too.
• Not YOUR traditional retail gig. Turn "Customer Service" into Sales.

• Maximize sales through follow-up with customers and potential sales leads

• Store hours are 10AM-6PM M-F, 10AM-2PM Saturday with Sundays OFF

The Perfect Retail Sales Associate

• Has the personal drive to be a commissioned salesperson and wants to make some serious money.
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience a plus.
• Is a self-starter. Ready to take on challenges.
• Can communicate and persuade other on his/her ideas.
• Has the ability and eagerness to learn how to WIN through training and development.
• Sales/Customer Service experience a plus.
• Spanish speaking a plus

Compensation

• $12.15/hour plus uncapped generous commissions. The sky is the limit!
• Average monthly commissions $1000, but as high as $5000!.
