Call Center / Sales Support Representative.

Cool Bear Services, a well-established HVAC Company in Delray Beach is looking for a team player to assist our Sales / Service Support group in our Delray Beach Office location.

ENGLISH / SPANISH BI-LINGUAL HIGHLY DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED.

* $18.00 Hourly (40-hour week) + plus commission, and bonus opportunities.

*Weekly pay cycle.

*Ability to work a Monday thru Friday 10-7 shift

*We are seeking someone who can help support a team that coordinates our in-store sales staff.

*Pleasant phone Etiquette / Strong computer skills.

*Strong sense of customer service.

Previous call center experience is a plus.

Must be able to multi-task at a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service skills, Phone Skills and Excellent communication skills required.

Must be computer literate, energetic, fun and friendly.

Must be able to Pass Back Ground Check and Drug Testing.
