Full description of the position

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a passion for technology sales. Duties: - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients - Present product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to clients - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients - Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations to clients - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review Qualifications: - Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the technology industry - Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent in Spanish (preferred) - Ability to analyze market trends and identify business development opportunities - Self-motivated with a strong drive for success - Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals - Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer relationships We offer competitive compensation, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
