Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered
