Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Skills:
- Cash handling experience
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform product demos effectively
- Previous experience in electronics sales is a plus
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to sell products persuasively
- Retail sales experience is preferred
- Technical sales knowledge is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with customers
