SHOWPLACE LANDSCAPE SERVICES

POSITION: Account Manager

REPORTS TO: General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our landscape maintenance clients.
• Oversee irrigation repairs, extra work and enhancement services of assigned maintenance accounts.
• Hire, lead and supervise irrigation repair, extra work and enhancement team.
• Ensure that work is completed in a timely manner.
• Proactively inspect properties for problems and needed extra services. Estimate, prepare and sell proposals.
• Communicate with maintenance supervisor on maintenance issues and requests.
• Ensure that work is completed in a quality manner and at a profit.
• Extra duties as assigned.
• Invoice all extra work and sprinkler repair services.
• Follow and enforce company safety rules.
• Generate and maintain work schedules.

Skills and Requirements:

• Must be able to identify common shrubs, trees and perennials.
• Knowledge of plant materials and basic landscape design
• Knowledge and understanding of sprinkler systems and drainage.
• Basic knowledge of plant, insect and disease problems.
• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Respond to requests in a very timely manner.
• Return phone calls and emails promptly.
• Request utilities to be marked as necessary.
• Professional in appearance, work and communication with clients and public.
• Drug test and background check per company policy.
• Pesticide license a plus.
• Computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
