```Overview```
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our company as Executive Account representative. As the Account representative, you will be responsible for all customer relations. This is position that requires exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

```Responsibilities```
- Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives for obtaining new customers and maintaining existing accounts.
- Lead and manage all day to day customer needs.
- Drive business development efforts to expand our customer base and market presence
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, including , vendors.
- Provide strong leadership to motivate and inspire all employees.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and effective solutions
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve

```Requirements```
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as an Account Rep or similar position
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, including negotiation and relationship building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all customers.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
