We are looking for a high-performing outside Sales Manager to help us hit revenue goals and growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our team's sales potential and managing a team.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit daily sales targets by successfully managing our technicians. No cold calling necessary. We provide all the leads of customers who need our services.
• Ensuring we are providing a premium customer experience and following the Elite Rooter process
• Working with our customers in their homes and educating them with potential solutions and signing contracts and collecting payments.

Skills:

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

We do not have an on call schedule. Company provides vehicle, gas card and credit card. Health insurance provided.

Commission based position, with great earning potential paid weekly at 10% of all collected sales.
