Roofing Sales Estimators climb on homeowner's roofs to provide a complimentary roof inspection and provide an estimate for roof replacement. They are responsible for building a book of business through company issued leads as well as self-generated leads. They also prepares all the necessary paperwork and ensures contract accuracy before obtaining signatures.

Requirements:

• At least 2yrs of In-Home or Outside Sales Experience
• Background in Roofing is a Plus, but not required
• Ability to generate your own leads, on top of company provided appointments
• Must be able to transport and carry a ladder and walk on roofs
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and self-motivated

**Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record**
