Schurr insurance Agency is a family run agency that has been in business for over 25 years.

Schurr Insurance Agency is hiring for immediate openings for a Customer Service Representative and a Insurance Producer Position.

Responsibilities include

Customer Service Representative Position:

• Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage incoming calls.
• Handle customer billing and late pays.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Insurance Producer Position:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options..
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

REQUIRMENTS

Customer Service Representative Position Requirements:

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Comfortable with making outbound calls.
• Genuinely excited to help customers.
• Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative; loves to talk.
• Ability to empathize with and advocate for clients when necessary.
• Strong Problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

Insurance Producer Position Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented

• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
