We are looking for a self-directed, hard-working Client Services Team Member who will be responsible for the successful outcome of short to long-term projects and be an effective liaison between clients and our company. The right candidate will help maintain and grow existing relationships with current clients as well as assist in bringing new clients on board. This candidate will work with the Western Neon team to provide clients with detail-oriented, end-to-end project management. The successful candidate will be a vital part of the Client Services team, owning every step it takes for a client to feel like their finished project is imbued with perfection.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting leads to deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Provide regular updates to clients and Western Neon departments on the progress of projects.
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client.
- Encourage revenue growth by inspiring past, current, or future clients to pursue new projects and services with Western Neon.
- Maintain clear communication and be the reliable point of contact with clients throughout entirety of project to facilitate a strong business relationship.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, project management status and sales performance metrics.
- Commit and invest time in personal development to grow expertise and industry knowledge
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years' experience in sales role in sign industry or related field.
- 1+ years' experience in management position preferred.
- Bachelors degree in business preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; role requires daily communication with client and team members.
- Requires organization, time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills through all leads despite workload.
- Must be able to inspect design plans and documents for accuracy.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information at various levels demonstrating the ability to build consensus for decision-making.
- Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines on time and budget.
- Fabrication and Construction knowledge preferred.
- MS software skills required, familiarity with Adobe Suite preferred.
- Smartsheet experience a bonus.
Job Type: Full Time - In shop and in the field
Monday - Friday
Pay: $40,000 a year + Commission 8% (Estimated goal $330,000yr = $26,400.00)
