Are you ready to join a dynamic global designer and marketer dedicated to spreading joy through classic and childrens entertainment products? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Sales Development Coordinator.

Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the Sales Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Director across various customer channels, including leading .com, mid-tier, distributor, and specialty retail outlets. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless business development operations, fostering relationships with internal departments and external partners to exceed account expectations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with internal departments and external representatives to fulfill account needs.
• Liaise with operations teams to manage changes/cancellations and track orders.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Monitor sales and inventory activity against forecasts.
• Assist in creating sales and inventory reports.
• Facilitate assets requests for catalogs or promotions.
• Complete necessary forms for exclusive items, markdowns, and promos.
• Aid Marketing & Finance teams with co-op plans or payment discounts.
• Set up the company as a vendor in new customer portals.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and opportunities.
• Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• 3-5 years of Consumer Product Experience.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Highly motivated, detail-focused, and resourceful.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup) and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong relationship management skills with a high level of professionalism.
• Demonstrated planning skills with a strategic mindset.
