What Will I Do?

As an Entry Level Sales/Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of Climate Experts at our partner Home Depot stores. Your responsibilities include:

• Engaging customers to discuss our products and services
• Explaining the benefits of our offerings and gathering customer needs
• Scheduling appointments for our Sales Consultants to provide estimates
• Building relationships with store leadership
• Generating leads and helping expand our customer base
• Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the companys products and services
• Walk throughout the stores, engaging customer's in conversations about their home service needs
• Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from the customers on their individual needs.
• The more leads you generate, the more money you make!
• Help set leads on site for maintenance, service, and installation.
• Ask for referrals to expand our customer base.
• Huge growth opportunities with in the company!

Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?

• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays
• While retail experience is preferred, it's not required
• Ability to stand/walk or sit for 4-8 hours at a time
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and the ability to use a smartphone
• No prior HVAC or Water Treatment experience required
• Compliance with our tobacco policy and the ability to pass a background check
• Meeting the minimum lead requirements of 20 booked leads per week and attending weekly training sessions
• Background Check Required
