Full Time Sales Consultant Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT Wilmington Pre-Owned Location: 6405 Market Street, Wilmington, North Carolina 28405

• Day to day includes interacting with clients and teammates, responding to incoming leads and sales calls, facilitating deals, vehicle delivery, client follow up and problem solving
• Automotive experience is NOT required

Pre-Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Satisfactory work experience in retail sales/customer service

Summary:

• Greets customers and determine wants and needs
• Explain features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on demonstration drive
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage internet leads and inbound sales calls, texts and emails
• Follow up on unsold traffic
• Complete required sold paperwork and vehicle delivery process
• Maintain and update CRM regularly
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
• Participates in required training
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Demonstrates the Companys Core Values
• Complies with Company policies and procedures
• Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
• Other duties as assigned

Notes:

• Physical Requirements: The employee is regularly required to stand, sit and walk around for long periods of time both indoors and outdoors
• Computer Requirements: Employees will regularly use the computer to maintain the CRM, research cars and inventory
• Communication Requirements: Employees will regularly speak, call, text and email with clients, teammates and managers. Employees will also be required to use basic math and basic reasoning skills daily
