Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic and enthusiastic Account Manager with experience in the beverage / CPG sector to join Bing Beverage a small (but mighty) family-owned company based in Lakewood, CO. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for the beverage industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This position has significant interaction with our entire team and with ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with our key customers in the beverage industry;

Maintain a deep understanding of our beverage product portfolio and operational structure to be a reliable resource to our retail customers, wholesalers, our CPG brokers.

Negotiate promotional pricing / sales events to satisfy company, customer and distributor goals to perform successfully, a thorough comprehension of profit margin / mark-up is a requirement.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Create sales presentations for various meeting environments including face-to-face, phone or online;

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market trends.

Occasionally attend sales conferences and trade shows

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

Proven experience as an Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager

Passion for and knowledge of the beverage / CPG industry;

Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills;

Excellent communication and presentation skills;

Ability to travel as needed (varies, on average expected to be up to 15%).

Experience:

2 to 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on account management.

1 to 2 years of Beverage or Consumer Package Goods Experience

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with Salesforce (SF) or other CRM database strongly recommended

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong capability in excel required
