Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships to drive sales in the rodent control and restoration services.
• Conduct on-site assessments to understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with potential clients to provide information on our eco-friendly methods and services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Represent Green Rodent Restoration at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the pest control insulation or restoration industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of eco-friendly and green solutions is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a commission-only compensation structure.
