Responsibilities

• Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to introduce new insurance contracts or recommend adjustments to existing ones.
• Cultivate valuable relationships to cultivate a diverse pool of potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other effective methods.
• Assess the unique needs and financial positions of both business and individual clients, offering tailored protection plans that align with their specific requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to implement risk management strategies that are tailored to their risk profiles, ensuring comprehensive coverage and peace of mind.
• Provide regular updates on the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication channels.
• Maintain bookkeeping systems, database and records
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, leveraging your expertise and proactive approach to meet and exceed targets.
• Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
• Adhere strictly to all policy requirements and regulations, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Skills

• Possession of a Florida Insurance License 4-40, showcasing legal eligibility to operate within the state's insurance regulations.
• Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc)
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with statistical analysis tools, enabling efficient data management and informed decision-making processes.
• Demonstrated track record of goal-oriented work, illustrating the ability to set and achieve targets effectively.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, essential for effectively conveying information and influencing clients to make informed decisions.
• Proven history of delivering client-focused solutions and fostering long-lasting relationships, emphasizing a commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree, providing a foundation of academic knowledge and critical thinking skills to excel in the insurance industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 45 per week

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
