POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Manager, FP&A Net Sales, to join our team in the Medical Device industry. As the Manager, FP&A Net Sales, you will play a critical role in providing insights to the business around all financial aspects of Net Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to become a critical finance business partner in a fast-paced and growing company.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge:

  • Proven track record of success in reporting and analyzing variances related to net sales and/or price / volume / mix
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar software
  • Experience implementing (preferred) and/or utilizing FP&A planning software such as OneStream
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively summarize and present data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting

Level of Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in commercial finance or FP&A
  • 2+ years of medical devices experience preferred

Level of Education:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, or related field

Travel:

  • As needed up to 25% Travel

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The core tasks, duties, and responsibilities that must be performed on the job.

  • Manage monthly net sales reporting, including net sales flash, as well as reports by region, sales channel, and product family.
  • Own all lines from gross to net sales including variance analysis.
  • Become the subject matter expert on Price / Volume / Mix reporting and variance analysis.
  • Own the net sales budget and forecast, to include views by region, sales channel, and product family.
  • Partner Sales, Marketing and Supply-Chain to ensure financial alignment to the S&OP process.
  • Collaborate with the sales, business analytics and pricing teams to develop pricing strategies and optimize profitability.
  • Work with accounting to ensure proper accrual entries and balances related to all contra revenue accounts.
