Full description of the position

```Duties```
- Conduct sales activities and generate leads to acquire new roofing projects
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on roofing solutions based on client needs
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop accurate project estimates and proposals
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess roofing conditions and identify potential issues
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on roofing products, services, and benefits
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

```Requirements```
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing industry
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing leads and accounts
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze technical information and provide accurate recommendations
- Demonstrated success in outside sales or account management roles
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Compensation package:
