Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling various insurance policies to new and existing clients. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer service, analyze clients' insurance needs, and recommend suitable coverage options. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties:
- Market and sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and assess their coverage needs
- Provide personalized insurance advice and recommendations to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process insurance policy applications and handle policy renewals
- Communicate with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing on behalf of clients
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims and provide support throughout the claims process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and new product offerings
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales administration or outside sales, preferably in the insurance industry

- Entrepreneur like skills!
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required
- High school diploma is a plus. however, i want a money motivated person on my team. ( you will get your license on the Job )
