The duties of an HVAC & Plumbing Sales Associate:

• Safety - Practice, embrace and ensure all safety practices, procedures and rules are followed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, and rules while exhibiting the company core values.
• Prepare, present, and sell accurate quotations and cost estimates.
• Meet with homeowners to provide suggestions and solutions to their in-home comfort needs.
• Complete accurate surveys and sales contracts accurately reflecting the scope and intricacies of the work to be performed.
• Work with manager to set aggressive sales plans and budgets and strive to achieve the goals set.
• Familiar with products and installation processes.

• Ability to organize and prioritize to ensure efficient use of time

• Strong computer skills including; NetSuite, MS Office including competency with PC and mobile devices including note pads, smart phone, etc.
• Advanced applications and software including communication, job, sales, etc.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Residential heating cooling sales experience preferred

Travel Demands:

• Travel throughout the Twin Cities metro area
• Frequency: 90%
