Insurance Agent

HealthPlan Freedom, a MESSER Financial Group company, seeks a self-motivated, reliable insurance agent to help maintain and grow our client base. As the first point of contact for our clients, you must be committed to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction while making quick and accurate decisions all in the best interest of our clients.

What Youll Do:

The successful candidate will answer inbound phone calls to assist, educate, and enroll clients in healthcare plans while adhering to all company, carrier, and CMS policies, procedures, and guidelines. The successful candidate will also be able to identify opportunities and cross-sell ancillary products, build relationships with existing clients to generate new client referrals, and effectively convert leads generated from multiple lead sources into enrollments. This is an in-office position.

Required Experience:

• Current Medicare License for North Carolina.
• Ability to comprehend, articulate, and educate clients on a variety of healthcare options while enrolling them in a plan that best meets their needs.
• Unwavering commitment to delivering world-class customer service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.

Job type

Full-time, hourly, permanent. This position requires a flexible schedule and has unlimited bonus potential. Some overtime and Saturdays are required during AEP/OEP or as needed. Regular business hours are Monday Thursday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM 3:30 PM.

Compensation

Targeted annual base compensation of $50,000- $52,000. Potential for annual profit-sharing bonus based on companys financial performance and individual contribution to companys success. The profit-sharing target for this position is 5 10% of base compensation.
