Dales Super Store is an industry leader in Diesel, Gas, and Electric Replacement Parts. Our Rockstar sales team is looking for an additional team member to fill the role of Sales & Support Associate.

We offer our team members a fast-paced, motivating and positive working environment with lots of room for growth for the right individual. The primary function of this position will be to take incoming sales calls from customers and dealers. This position offers a competitive base pay in addition to both a commission and quarterly bonus plan. The position schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends, late nights or major holidays required. No cold calling or high pressured sales metrics. The products we offer are in demand and people need them to get their vehicles back on the road. There is an additional stipend for candidates that are fluent in Spanish and English.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

• Giving price quotes on products & packages
• Helping customers build new orders
• Verifying order information for accuracy
• Offering product upgrades or add-ons
• Answering customer questions on orders or products that they have purchased
• Other duties as needed

Experience/Knowledge:

• Ability to take and make numerous calls per day
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in automotive sales/parts
• Knowledge of automotive parts
• Very high attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable and Goal-Oriented
• Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
