Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls daily, with the ability to sit for extended periods
• Utilize scripted dialogue for both inbound and outbound calls to establish rapport and schedule sales appointments
• Input and manage call data using CRM software
• Track daily calls, emails, and appointments
• Meet minimum call metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Address and overcome customer objections
• Coordinate with internal departments and direct sales inquiries to management
• Provide comprehensive daily task recaps
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

• Sales experience preferred
• Call center experience advantageous
• Proficiency in basic computer functions and typing
• Familiarity with customer service principles
• Car dealership experience is beneficial but not mandatory
