Your Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire process, from listing to closing, ensuring smooth and swift transactions.

Be a local expert know the community and market inside out, confidently answering queries about potential homes, similar properties, and the neighborhood.
Requirements for this role:
While previous sales experience is a plus, it's not mandatory.

Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Exhibit excellent organization and time management skills.
A valid Real Estate License is required.
