Position Overview:
As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in educating and enrolling Medicare beneficiaries in our comprehensive healthcare plans. Utilizing your expertise in Medicare products and regulations, you will guide individuals through the enrollment process with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Educate prospective members on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug plans
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each individual's healthcare requirements
• Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' healthcare needs and budgetary considerations
• Assist clients with enrollment paperwork and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term satisfaction and retention
• Stay up-to-date on changes in Medicare policies and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant sales practices

Qualifications:

• Active Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain)
• Previous experience in Medicare sales or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of Medicare products, regulations, and enrollment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
