We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record of sales success. Evolution Power offers competitive commissions with $2,000 base per month contingent on one sale per week.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and develop relationships with potential customers or networking to promote and sell solar energy systems
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess the energy needs and financial capacity of potential customers
• Create customized solar energy proposals based on customer's needs and budget
• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial incentives available
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather referrals
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively convey the benefits of solar energy systems

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the solar industry or related field
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems and the ability to convey technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM & Financial platforms
• Ability to reach sales targets by the deadline
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of local and state regulations and incentives related to solar energy is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus nut not required
