ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
TelevisaUnivision is the leading Spanish-language media company in the world. We are investing in our content, our people, and our properties, which span digital, streaming, social, audio, linear and live events. We are growing our offerings, building on the launch of our successful streaming platform ViX. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team.
As an integral member of our team, you will partner with the Sales Account Executives from inception to execution of multimedia ad campaigns that meet our clients objectives. Our team plays an essential role in driving ad sales revenue across our multimedia -. You will collaborate with cross functional teams internally including Sales Executives, Media Strategists, Marketing, Insights & Research. You will also work directly with clients to ensure the success of ad campaigns, sponsorship programs and customized marketing initiatives. You will report to the VP, Sports Sales.
YOUR DAY-DAY:
  • Main point of contact and lead sports salesperson for assigned accounts/agencies.
  • Responsible for driving revenue to the bottom line for the sports division of TelevisaUnivision Network Sales.
  • Partner with other existing network sales teams throughout the country to drive revenue for the Network, while also delivering on clients and brands KPIs.
  • Act as a center of excellence for Spanish Language soccer throughout the marketplace. Become an expert in the space.
  • Manage strategic media plans, proposal documents, capabilities presentations and pitch presentations to meet client objectives, goals, KPIs and ROI
  • Develop/maintain client profiles and assist with research of clients and industries
  • Attend sales calls & internal brainstorming sessions
  • Keep marketplace consistent up to date on all opportunities with TelevisaUnivision Sports

YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an agency, brand, publisher, or network.
  • Knowledge of advertising solutions across social, streaming, experiential and linear.
  • Must have proficient knowledge of the sports media marketplace, not limited to soccer, but also inclusive of all the major sports in the US ad marketplace.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for building proposals & decks for clients
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of all client campaign strategies, brand messaging, and integration expectations
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address distribution, delivery, data and measurement needs
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to address both small and large groups.
  • Deep understanding of media landscape, services, and technologies
  • Excellent ability and history working for integrated teams.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be willing to work from office for 4 days per week minimum (hybrid)
  • Employment/education will be verified
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
Salary Range:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00+ Benefits
